Monday was a lovely day to sit by the river and enjoy the sun in Richmond, London and it was also Blue Monday at YO! Sushi.
On Blue Monday 40 dishes are £3 each and 16 are vegetarian or vegan as well as the green plates which are £2.30.
BTW Green Wednesday is even better with 20 vegetarian and vegan dishes at £2.30 each!
It’s a fun experience grabbing these treats off the conveyor belt and I make the most of the giant tub of pickled ginger – delicious!
